What are the materials used in making Ethos bags?
Our bags are made of Paper Leather from cellulose fiber: bark, wood and leaves of plants, making it 100% earth friendly.
Can I wash my bag?
Yes, you can hand-wash cold and air dry.
Are any of your bags water resistant?
All our bags are water resistant.

Return and Warranty Policy

Is there a return policy on your products?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return.
What is covered under warranty and repair?
We offer repairs on defective merchandise for up to 3 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please email us at hello@ethoseverywhere.com for repair inquiries.
How do I return a product?
To be eligible for a return and store credit, your item must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us at hello@ethoseverywhere.com and present a scanned receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your name, order number, reason for return, and the item/s you wish to return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
